What if I don't like my photos?

NO PROBLEMS! If you're unhappy (which I highly doubt), but if you're unhappy we will gladly reschedule a new session at no cost. You'll just be responsible for the expense to cover the hair and makeup artist.

When do I see my photos?

Accepted Answer

The same day. After your photoshoot you'll take a break, grab lunch in Deep Ellum, and come back about three hours later to a private reveal of your fully retouched photographs. You choose your favorites right then and there... and you go home with them. No waiting weeks wondering how they turned out.

Is hair and makeup included?

Hair and makeup is included in every normal photoshoot session booked, unless otherwise stated in a limited promotion.

How long will my session be?

Four Hours! This may seem long, but believe me time will fly by. YES! You'll be having that much fun!

Will you retouch my images and take out things I don't like?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but it is done in the most tasteful way. Your photos will still look like you! But they will have the most amazing artistic touch placed on them. Also, if there are any specific concerns on the level of retouching, we will discuss that before you receive any albums, wall art, etc.

Do I have to bring all lingerie or go nude?

This photoshoot is to empower you. What is personal to you? Maybe you need photos for personal confidence, or to have a timeless piece of art to hang in your home. Maybe you don't want to wear lingerie. Maybe you want to be bare, or fully styled. This photoshoot is all about you and your desired outcome, mixed with my artistic style. We will communicate and make sure we achieve just that.

Do you photograph women of different shapes, sizes and ages?

ABSOLUTELY! The starting age for a photoshoot is 21. There is absolutely no need to stress about changing your body in any way. The whole reason I've created this experience is for you to celebrate yourself as you are right now, regardless of the future goal you're heading towards. I'm very good at posing the everyday woman and you won't be any different.

I'm not photogenic and I don't know how to look sexy.

You don't have to worry at all. I tell you step by step what to do. I demonstrate first, then coach you on how to follow my lead. I do this for every single pose.

Do you photograph couples?

I need my photos to remain PRIVATE. Will my photos be on your website?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! I repeat: ABSOLUTELY NOT! The client photos that you see me share online or on this site are from past clients that have given us explicit written permission to share their photos. I will never post anything without your signed consent.

The women on your website look like models. I don't know if I can look like that.

There is absolutely no need for you to worry about how you will look. I am very good at posing the everyday woman, and you will be no different. Schedule a call with me so that I can further explain how. The posing process works.

Question 13

How much does a boudoir photoshoot cost?

Accepted Answer

Your session is $500, and that's all it takes to put your day on the calendar. It covers the whole day reserved for you alone, professional hair and makeup, four looks, fully guided posing, and your private reveal the same afternoon. Your photographs are a separate purchase you make at the reveal: photo prices start at $1,599, so the least any woman invests here is $2,099. No surprises, hun. It's all in writing before you ever book.

How far in advance should I book my session?

Your photoshoot needs to be booked at least 6 to 8 weeks before the date you need your album order in hand.

What do I need to bring?

You really don't need to bring much because we got the majority covered! However, you'll need to bring your outfits. I like to keep things very simple. I want you to bring outfits that you love. Once your session is booked, I'll send you a guide to help you in choosing your outfits.

Where should I print my boudoir photos?

Accepted Answer

Here's the honest answer: with me. Your digital files are yours, and you can take them anywhere. But boudoir is dark, moody, skin-tone-heavy work, and a drugstore or online print lab will turn it muddy, orange, or flat. I print through a professional lab I've trusted for years, on archival papers and albums that are made to last for generations, and I check every piece before it gets to you. If it doesn't look like what you saw at your reveal, I fix it. That's why nearly every woman lets me handle it... and why the ones who didn't usually come back and ask me to.
