Who I am

This website belongs to Catherine Cooper Photography, a boudoir photography studio in Deep Ellum, Dallas, owned by Catherine Cooper. This page explains what information the site collects, what I do with it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email me at info@replies.catherinecooperphotography.com.

What I collect, and when

I only collect information you choose to give me, plus the ordinary technical details every website receives.

• When you book a consultation or send a message: your name, email address, phone number, the date and time you choose, and anything you write in the notes.
• When you watch the free video lesson or ask for a guide: your name and email address, so I can send it to you.
• When you ask for the full pricing or the virtual photo shoot consultation: your first name, email address and mobile number, so I can text and email you your private link, and whether you ticked the box to receive follow-up text messages.
• When you chat with Fallon, my AI assistant on this site: the questions you type and her answers. Your browser keeps the conversation only until you close the tab. If you ask her for the full pricing page: your first name, email address and phone number.
• When you email or call me: whatever you share in that conversation.
• Automatically, like every website: your browser type, device, the pages you visit and roughly where you are connecting from. This is used only to keep the site working and to see which pages people read. It is not used to identify you.

How I use it

Your information is used to do what you asked for, and nothing else without your say-so.

• To reply to you, schedule your call, and prepare for your session.
• To send you the guides, prep materials and reminders that go with a booking.
• To send occasional emails about the studio, only if you asked for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works.
• To keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful.

Who else sees it

I do not sell your information, ever, and I do not hand it to advertisers. A small number of services help me run the studio, and your details pass through them only for that purpose:

• The booking calendar, contact forms, email and text reminders run on GoHighLevel, the studio's booking and client system.
• The website is hosted on GoHighLevel's website platform; photos and videos are served from its media storage.
• Fallon's answers are written by Claude, an AI service from Anthropic. What you type to her is sent to Anthropic only to write her reply; Anthropic keeps it for a short time for safety checks and does not use it to train its AI. Please don't type anything in the chat you'd rather keep between you and me; call or email instead.
• If you turn on Fallon's voice, the text of her replies (not what you type) is sent to ElevenLabs, a voice service, so it can be read aloud to you. Her voice stays off until you tap the sound button.
• Payments, when you buy photographs, are handled by the payment provider named on your invoice. I never see or store your full card number.
• If the law requires it, or to protect the studio or a client from harm, I may have to share information with the authorities.

Text messages

When you ask for your private pricing link or the virtual photo shoot consultation, I text that one link to the mobile number you give me. If you also tick the box to receive follow-up text messages, I may send you recurring automated promotional and follow-up texts about photography services, booking, pricing, payment options and your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile phone numbers and text message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. They pass only through the services that deliver the messages, as described above.

Your photographs

Your session and your photographs are private. Nothing from your session is shown on this website, on social media or anywhere else unless you have signed a written release saying exactly what may be shared. Without that release, nothing is shared. You may withdraw a release at any time by emailing me, and I will remove the photographs from anything I control as soon as I can.

Every client photograph you see on this site is there with written permission from the woman in it.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar tools so the booking calendar works, so the site remembers simple things like which page you were on, and so I can see how the site is being used. You can block cookies in your browser; the booking calendar may not work if you do. If I add advertising measurement in future, this page will say so.

How long I keep it

Booking and client details are kept for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable time afterwards, so I can find your order, honour a reprint, or answer a question. Email subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe. Website usage statistics are kept in summary form only.

Your choices

At any time you can:

• Ask what information I hold about you, and ask me to correct it.
• Ask me to delete it. I will, unless I have to keep a record for tax or legal reasons, and I will tell you if that is the case.
• Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom, or reply STOP to any text message.
• Withdraw a photo release, as described above.

Age

Boudoir sessions are for adults. The studio photographs women aged 21 and over, and this website is not directed at anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent me information, email me and I will delete it.

Changes and contact

Using this website

This website is provided by Catherine Cooper Photography so you can learn about the studio, read the blog and book a consultation. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The photographs and words are mine

Every photograph, video, design and piece of writing on this site belongs to Catherine Cooper Photography or is used with the permission of the woman in the picture. You may look at it and share a link to it. You may not download, copy, crop, screenshot, repost, print or use any photograph or video from this site for any purpose without written permission. Client photographs are shown under a release that covers this website only; taking them anywhere else breaks that trust and the law.

Booking and sessions

Booking a consultation through this site does not reserve a photoshoot date. A date is reserved when the session fee is paid and the client agreement is signed. The prices on the Investment page are current as of the date shown there and can change; the price you agree to in your client agreement is the one that applies. The client agreement, not this page, sets the terms of a photoshoot, including rescheduling, cancellation, delivery and print orders.

Text messages

Catherine Cooper Photography sends text messages to women who ask for them on this site. Asking for a private link sends that one link to your mobile number. Ticking the follow-up box on a form also signs you up for recurring automated promotional and follow-up texts about photography services, booking, pricing, payment options and your inquiry.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will get one message confirming you are opted out. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@replies.catherinecooperphotography.com or (682) 370-0090. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How your number is handled is described in the Privacy Policy above.

Accuracy

I keep this site as accurate as I can, but a price, a date or a detail can be out of date for a moment. If something on the site and something in your written agreement disagree, the written agreement wins. The blog is my own experience and opinion, not professional advice of any kind.

Links to other sites

Links to Instagram, TikTok, the booking calendar and other services take you to sites I do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.

Limits

The site is provided as it is. To the extent Texas law allows, Catherine Cooper Photography is not liable for losses that come from using, or not being able to use, this website. Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer under Texas or United States law.
